With extensive experience in stakeholder relations, public policy, and organizational growth, he has built a reputation for transforming ideas into action and mobilizing communities around conservative principles.

Professionally, Quenton 10+ years of experience in the Banking and Capital Markets sector, where he has helped lead large-scale transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, and government-sponsored entities.

Beyond the corporate world, Quenton has been a driving force in conservative grassroots activism. As the Executive Vice President of the Black Conservative Federation (BCF), he expanded the organization’s reach to over 25 states and spearheaded one of the largest minority-run grassroots efforts in the conservative movement. His ability to build coalitions, engage business leaders, and connect communities with policy resources has made him a highly respected voice in conservative advocacy.

Quenton has been recognized for his leadership and impact, receiving numerous honors, including the Republican National Committee’s Emerging Leader Award (2024) and The Heritage Foundation’s Rising Leaders Fellowship (2019).

Today, Quenton serves as the Chairman & CEO of BCF Action PAC, leading efforts to strengthen American families, advance economic opportunity, and promote faith-based conservative values.
