He plays a critical role in managing financial operations, optimizing fundraising efforts, and ensuring all financial activities align with regulatory requirements and the PAC’s mission.

Professionally, Tosh has served has years of experience working in private wealth, where he’s partnered with investment experts to oversee high-value portfolios, deliver strategic financial insights, and provide exceptional service to high-net-worth families, foundations, and individuals.

Earlier in his career, Tosh worked as a Financial Analyst at a world-leading global investment firm, directly supporting private wealth advisors with trading portfolio analysis, investment research, and risk assessment for ultra-high-net-worth families, non-profits, and endowments.

Tosh has also worked extensively in venture-backed startups, where he’s led workforce development initiatives, managed investor relations, and identified strategic acquisition targets to support expansion.

In his role as Director of Finance, Tosh ensures that BCF Action PAC maintains financial transparency, compliance, and efficiency, supporting the PAC’s mission to advocate for policies that strengthen families, promote economic empowerment, and drive lasting impact.
